Florida Forest Service Opens Applications for Southern Pine Beetle Assistance and Prevention Program
Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Wilton Simpson and the Florida Forest Service have announced that applications are being accepted for the 2024 Southern Pine Beetle Assistance and Prevention Program for non-industrial, private forest landowners. The program runs through July 26 and includes 44 northern Florida counties, including Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Escambia counties, the southern pine beetle’s known range.

Crestview indoor volleyball camp coming soon
It’s not too early to make plans to attend the Crestview volleyball indoor camp.
The camp is set for July 8-10 from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the Crestview High School gym. The cost of the camp is $75.
