Nigel Flemen, 49, of the 500 block of Forrest Court, just outside of Crestview’s city limits, was arrested Monday on two counts of lewd or lascivious battery on a victim age 12 to 16 after being served with a warrant by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
Crestview resident Todd Lee Taylor, 56, was found guilty last Tuesday of lewd or lascivious molestation (victim over 12 but less than 16 years old, defendant over 18 years old), lewd or lascivious battery (victim 12-15 years of age, defendant over 18 years old) and burglary of a dwelling with a lewd or lascivious battery.
An Okaloosa County jury on Nov. 5 found Malik Humphries, of Crestview, guilty of trafficking in 28 grams or more of fentanyl and resisting an officer without violence.
James E. Barrow, 41, address unknown, was arrested Nov. 10 by Crestview Police officers on charges of battery domestic violence, simple assault, aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, two counts of discharging a firearm in public or on residential property, and two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
Roy K. Semone, 63, of the 4700 block of Balboa Road near central Crestview, was served with a warrant and arrested on Friday on two counts of possession of child pornography and 30 counts of possession of film or image of sexual contact between a person and an animal (bestiality).

Leonard W. Hahaj, 18, of the 300 block of Flounder Street in Crestview, was arrested Sunday night by city police on numerous charges, including burglary and fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer.
Ona Hill, 46, of the 4700 block of Meadow Lake Drive near south Crestview, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence aggravated battery upon a person 65 years of age or older after being served with a warrant on Tuesday by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
Jordan Cook, 31, of the 20,000 block of Northview Highway in Laurel Hill, was arrested on Oct. 13 by Crestview Police on charges of battery and false imprisonment of a child under the age of 13.
