City of Crestview night set for June at Blue Wahoos Stadium
The City of Crestview and the Pensacola Blue Wahoos will come together for “City of Crestview Night” on Jun. 5 at Blue Wahoos Stadium, the city announced on their official Facebook page on Mar. 4.
Crestview Mayor, J.B. Whitten, will throw out the honorary first pitch prior to the game while Chevon Corlew-Coleman, a Crestview native, will sing the national anthem.

Gators softball falls short against Destin
The Baker softball team rallied late, but ultimately fell short at home against Destin by a final of 11-9 on Mar. 3.
Destin held a six-run advantage through four innings, but then the Gators struck back.

After the Hoboes had just surrendered 16 runs defensively in the top of the frame to trail 21-3, Barton gave his team a specific message.
Crestview beach volleyball drops home match to Gulf Breeze
The Crestview beach volleyball dropped their first match of the 2025 season to reigning state champion, Gulf Breeze, by a final of 5-0 on Mar. 3.
Gulf Breeze who went 22-0 last season, defeated the Bulldogs 2-0 in every set.
Former CHS star, Olivia Keith, ready for opportunity at UWF
Olivia Keith was a star for the Crestview High School softball program.
She played in over 60 games across four seasons with the Bulldogs, tallying 55 hits and scoring 39 runs.
Crestview football’s Rover signs with William Penn
Julian Rover, a senior at Crestview, finalized his decision to continue his football career at William Penn University in Iowa next fall.
Rover made the signing official in front of friends, family and members of the Bulldogs coaching staff at Pounders Hawaiian Grill in Crestview on Feb. 28.
Crestview native shares golf trio’s magic
For the first time since 1981, college golf teammates at the University of Montevallo, Larry Adams, Norm Tums and Tim Mosteferis, shared laughs, hugs and tears at Music Mart on Feb. 24, a store that Mosteferis owns in Valparaiso, Florida.
The trio was honored as part of the 1981 Montevallo men’s golf team that was inducted into the school’s hall of fame in January.

Baker rolls over Rocky Bayou Christian to sweep doubleheader
The Baker softball team dominated Rocky Bayou Christian on Feb. 27, as they swept the Knights in a double-header.
Baker won both games by a final of 17-0.
