NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 003068 C of the Circuit Court of the 1ST Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QS9, is Plaintiff and Rita S. Monte a/k/a Rita Monte, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Okaloosa County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. Central Time (12:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the 2nd day of December, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
