NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 09/30/2024, and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 000244 F of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Angel L. Humphreys a/k/a Angel Loretta Humphreys, Deceased; Ernest R. Humphreys a/k/a Ernest Randolph Humphreys a/k/a Randy Humphreys; CH, a minor child, in the care and custody of his father and natural guardian, Ernest R. Humphreys a/k/a Ernest Randolph Humphreys a/k/a Randy Humphreys; Woerner Landscape Source, Inc are Defendants, JD Peacock II, Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. CT on November 14, 2024 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the Northeast corner of Government Lot 6, Section 15, Township 1 South, Range 22 West, run West on North line of Lot 6, 867.0 feet; South 200.0 feet to Point of Beginning. West 175.55 feet to a point, South 100.00 feet to a Point, East 175.55 feet to a point, North 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lying in Government lot 6, in Section 15, Township 1 South, Range 22 West.
Together with that certain 2006 Champion Advantage model # AF805, Serial Numbers: 011030699A000HA and 011030699B000HA, length 80' by width 32'. Said manufactured home is an improvement to the land and an immovable fixture.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
