Westin Waller had a good feeling the morning of the regional about the Crestview boys cross-country team’s chances of going to state.
“There was a vibe before the race that we are all just going to do really well. Everyone felt amazing,” Waller said.
The unbeaten Baker Gators saved one of their best performances of the season for when it counted the most, dominating Liberty County 35-0 in the a Rural Region playoff opener at home Friday night.

Crestview and Baker begin their playoff journeys this week.
The Gators are unbeaten and will play at home in the first round while the Bulldogs hit the road for a showdown with Mandarin. Both games will be played Friday night at 7 p.m.
