James E. Barrow, 41, address unknown, was arrested Nov. 10 by Crestview Police officers on charges of battery domestic violence, simple assault, aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, two counts of discharging a firearm in public or on residential property, and two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.

Roy K. Semone, 63, of the 4700 block of Balboa Road near central Crestview, was served with a warrant and arrested on Friday on two counts of possession of child pornography and 30 counts of possession of film or image of sexual contact between a person and an animal (bestiality).

Leonard W. Hahaj, 18, of the 300 block of Flounder Street in Crestview, was arrested Sunday night by city police on numerous charges, including burglary and fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer.

Ona Hill, 46, of the 4700 block of Meadow Lake Drive near south Crestview, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence aggravated battery upon a person 65 years of age or older after being served with a warrant on Tuesday by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.

Jordan Cook, 31, of the 20,000 block of Northview Highway in Laurel Hill, was arrested on Oct. 13 by Crestview Police on charges of battery and false imprisonment of a child under the age of 13.

Crestview resident Jacob W. Brown, 19, of the 100 block of Pandora Drive, was arrested Oct. 5 by city police for allegedly committing lewd or lascivious battery on a victim age 12 to 16, possessing child pornography and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.

Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office investigators responding to a series of complaints and Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers tips arrested a woman on a charge of prostitution Thursday at a business near Fort Walton Beach.

Forty-year-old Andrew J. Foster, who is homeless and whose last known address is in the 300 block of Woodrow Street in Ocean City, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of sexual assault after being served with a warrant from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.

Brian M. Jennings, of the 300 block of Racetrack Road in Wright, was arrested Thursday morning on numerous charges, including domestic violence battery by strangulation.
