The University of Florida, IFAS and Pensacola State College Milton Campus is having its annual Spring Festival of Flowers on April 4, 5 & 6, 2025. Over one-hundred vendors selling plants from natives to ornamentals as well as various craft and food vendors. The event proceeds will be used for student scholarships, student field trips, and student computer lab needs at the University of Florida, IFAS Milton Programs.
Last December, Crestview teen Payton Raulerson was supposed to make her acting debut by playing the role of “Caterpillar” in the Stage Crafters Community Theatre production of the one-act play, “Once Upon a Broomstick.”
An Eastern red cedar tree, a pineapple guava tree, and a Grancy greybeard tree began taking root this morning in the yard of the Bush House, which stands at 198 S. Wilson St. and houses the Crestview History Museum.
Officials from VFW Post 5450 in Crestview on Monday honored Baker Elementary School third-grade teacher Christina Fassnacht as Teacher of the Year, Crestview Police Department officer Mathew D. Phillips as Police Officer of the Year and Crestview Fire Department Deputy Chief Kenneth Mason as Firefighter of the Year.
