The two-story, brick house, which stands on a lot that is zoned for low-intensity commercial use and is for sale, was built in 1928 for Dr. Olin Enzor.

The Chipotle Mexican Grill being built at the Crestview Commons is scheduled to open sometime next spring, Chipotle spokeswoman Annie Gradinger said on Nov. 27.

At age 75, Crestview musician Dorothy Burress is still helping set the tempo as a drummer. She currently plays in three bands, The Hashtag Swing Big Band, The Polka Dots German Band, and the North Okaloosa Community Band.

Starting Monday, Jan. 1, consumers can purchase qualifying back to school supplies exempt from tax during the 2023-2024 Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday. Passed by the Florida Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Ron DeSantis, the sales tax holiday has two exemption periods, with the first occurring in July and August and the second occurring in January.
