United States Attorney Roger Handberg on Tuesday announced a grand jury indictment charging Marcus Pratt, a 38-year-old prisoner at the Okaloosa Correctional Institution near Crestview, with three counts of mailing threatening communications and three counts of influencing, impeding, or retaliating against a federal judge.
