Coming off an impressive showing in the Kickoff Classic with wins over Northview and Pleasant Home, Baker’s football team now sets its sights on the regular season opener.
The Gators hosts Florida A&M High School at 7 p.m. tonight at Doug Griffith Memorial Stadium.

Baker’s defending Class 1A state champion volleyball team picked up it’s first win of the season on Thursday taking down Walton in four sets by scores of 25-20, 22-25, 25-9 and 26-24.
“I feel really great (about the win),” Lady Gator coach Chelsea Medley said. “We came out great in the first (set) and we got overly confident and a little cocky in the second. You can’t do that.
