For the second year in a row a Crestview High School student in the Building Trades program has won the Robert and Amy Harper Scholarship awarded by the Home Builders Institute.
At 6 p.m. Tuesday in Baker, District 3 Okaloosa County Commissioner Nathan Boyles will host a public town hall meeting about the ongoing North Okaloosa Planning Study.
The meeting will be held at Baker School gymnasium, 1369 14th St.
Baker resident Liz Bears quickly peeled stickers from pages and gave them to scores of north Okaloosa County area residents and other folks who filed past her at the Crestview Community Center on Wednesday evening.
The message on the stickers read, “Stop North Okaloosa Run Away Growth.”
