Eglin’s Explosive Ordnance Disposal Flight hosted the Air Force’s first-ever EOD Heritage Panel Nov. 10, 2023.
The panel brought together career field managers to discuss the history, current state, and future of the EOD program. Voters face many decisions in ’24
Besides casting ballots for U.S. presidential contenders and candidates in other races, Crestview voters next year will decide who will fill the Hub City’s mayoral seat and two City Council seats.
They’ll also help determine the winners of three Okaloosa County Commission seats, two county School Board seats and several county constitutional officer seats.

Lamar White selected as board chairman for school board
At the Okaloosa County School Board’s annual organizational meeting on Nov. 13, the board unanimously agreed to have District 1 Board Member Lamar White serve as the board’s new chairman. District 5 Board Member Diane Kelly had served as chairman for the past year.
