CRESTVIEW — A 17-year-old Crestview girl remained in critical condition Wednesday afternoon, more than 24 hours after searchers found her in a ditch along Antioch Road.
Garrett Scott Teal, 21, of Crestview, is charged with obscene communication-using a computer to seduce or lure a child.The Walton County Sheriff's Office arrested him Sept. 6.
