Train-themed playground and a mini golf course are in the works for Wilson Street
A train-themed playground at Crestview’s Wilson Street Park is expected to open by the end of September, according to City Manager Tim Bolduc.
And next spring, “Iggy’s Island,” a mini golf course that will include other amenities, is anticipated to open nearby.

Boat safe, boat sober this July 4th
Operation Dry Water weekend takes place July 4-6. The national weekend of Boating Under the Influence detection and enforcement is aimed at reducing the number of alcohol- and drug-related boating incidents and fatalities. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and other participating law enforcement agencies will work together to make Florida waterways safer by identifying and removing dangerous or impaired vessel operators.
