Land use attorney: New law meddles with growth control efforts
Okaloosa County residents such as Lane Watkins are dismayed by a new state law that for years blocks Okaloosa County and other local governments statewide from adopting land-use rules that are more “restrictive or burdensome” than those in place before recent hurricanes.
