The S.O.’s patrol units, Special Response Team and Crisis Negotiations Unit were called out to try to convince 61-year old Roger Ismond to come out of his home, but he refused.
The Special Response Team ultimately took Ismond into custody several hours later, around 11:15 p.m. He was charged with resisting an officer without violence and domestic battery on a victim over the age of 65 and was jailed without bond.
