NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 09/30/2024, and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 000244 F of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Angel L. Humphreys a/k/a Angel Loretta Humphreys, Deceased; Ernest R. Humphreys a/k/a Ernest Randolph Humphreys a/k/a Randy Humphreys; CH, a minor child, in the care and custody of his father and natural guardian, Ernest R. Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
