The City of Crestview is preparing the 2026-2027 Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan, and is accepting requests for funding
from March 5, 2026, until April 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Requests should be
submitted by email to CDBG@cityofcrestview.org, or in person at Crestview
City Hall, 198 N Wilson St. Crestview, FL 32536.
Application forms are available on the City of Crestview website
www.cityofcrestview.org, or at City Hall at the address listed above.
A public input meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 5:00
