The administration of the Estate of LYNDA RONCKER BEASON, deceased (the “Decedent”), whose date of death was January 31, 2024, is pending in the Circuit Court of Okaloosa County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is, Okaloosa County Clerk of Court, Attn: Probate Division, 1940 Lewis Turner Blvd., Ft. Walton Beach, Florida 32547. The names and addresses of the Co-Personal Representatives and the Co-Personal Representatives’ attorneys are set forth below.
The Co-Personal Representatives have no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the Decedent's death by the Decedent or the Decedent's surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act is described in sections 732.216–732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under section 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
