Between Walton and Okaloosa counties, only 40 individuals are selected to be honored on the United Way Emerald Coast 40 Under 40 list.
This year, Katie Healey of Crestview Animal Services was selected as an honoree at the Sept. 25 event at Shoreline Church in Destin.
