City of Crestview to borrow up to $30M for capital projects

In a loan agreement with the Florida Municipal Loan Council, city of Crestview officials plan to borrow up to $30 million via bond financing to reimburse the city for the purchase of “The ROC” recreation facility, pay for the renovation of city Fire Station 3, and pay for the construction of a new public works facility.
