“This is my little doghouse apartment,” Williams, a retired U.S. Air Force flight surgeon, said on Dec. 8 while showing a visitor his 1,800-square-foot occasional living quarters at the Skypark Estates Owners Association Airport.

School District maintains ‘A’ rating
