Jonathan Hands, Jr. is polite, but quiet.

As would be expected of the salutatorian in his class, Hands is also well spoken and engaging as he reflects on his time at LHS having started there in the fifth grade.

Dylan Adams is a Laurel Hill School lifer.

Adams started at Laurel Hill while in kindergarten. He finished his time at LHS as the valedictorian of the Class of 2022.

As Ryan Fleming leaves Baker School, the salutatorian of the Class of 2022 is aiming high. He wants to be an Air Force pilot.

If his time at Baker is any indication on whether he’ll achieve that goal, he’s well on his way to earning his wings.

Stella Hurley is a young woman on the move.

The Baker School valedictorian, with a 4.6 grade point average, will soon be moving to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida and pursue a degree in nursing. Her long-term goal is to be a nurse practitioner.

Hongloan Tran’s time at Crestview High School has been a mixture of happy and sad, a time of celebration mixed with a feeling of being cheated out of some of the experience by the pandemic.

But Tran, the 2022 CHS salutatorian will carry so many memories with her as she heads into the adult world.

Aubrey Tew will soon be trading the sandy roads and flatland of Okaloosa County for the Rocky Mountain Country of Provo, Utah and Brigham Young University, but she’s not sure what her major will be just yet.

Tew is the valedictorian of the Crestview High School Class of 2022.
