Crestview High Athlete of the Week

The 2026 girls’ weightlifting season started for Crestview last Thursday. The Bulldogs feature a fairly young team, but also get some of their state competitors from last year. One of those returners is Izzy Voisin, who didn’t skip a beat when facing Niceville and Navarre. Voisin finished first among her competitors in the Unlimited classification in both Traditional and Olympic lifts. She totaled 305 lbs. in Traditional and 315 lbs. in Olympic. Her best lift was a clean jerk of 165 lbs. Voisin’s leadership among her teammates and strong performance at the meet is what has earned her this week’s Crestview High Athlete of the Week.
