Baker moves past feisty Bozeman squad in playoff matchup
The first game of 2022 playoffs turned out to be an uneasy win for the Baker High Gators, despite leading all four quarters on Friday night at Doug Griffith Memorial Stadium.
Baker took on the Bozeman Bucks out of Bay County for the second time this season. While Bozeman came into the playoffs at 5-5, Baker head coach Barry Gardner said the Gators were not about to underestimate them.
The Baker Gators took down Bozeman behind Kayleb Wagner’s 24 carries, 174 yards and three total touchdowns. Breyshawn Baker and Colton Weekley also contributed touchdowns for Baker.
