Crestview officials eye upgrades to roads west of Lowe’s
The city of Crestview’s current capital improvements plan includes $500,000 in local option half-cent infrastructure surtax money for planning, design and engineering tasks that are needed before two dirt roads near Lowe’s can be upgraded and paved.
