The offender, Talben Francis, was arrested after members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit executed a search warrant at 2908 Bentwood Lane.
Homeland Security Investigations, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and the Walton County Sheriff’s Office ICAC Unit participated in the investigation.
