Dawsey was arrested following the execution of a narcotics search warrant at 103 Terrell Drive by members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force.
The search warrant resulted in the recovery of methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, a firearm, and associated drug paraphernalia, S.O. officials said today in a news release.
Dawsey was charged with trafficking in four grams or more of fentanyl, trafficking in 14 grams or more of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, obstruction of a search warrant, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Multi-Agency Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the Sheriff’s Office and the Crestview, Fort Walton Beach and Niceville police departments.
