Andersen was taken into custody Tuesday on 30 counts of possession of child pornography following the execution of a search warrant at his home on Edge Avenue, S.O. officials said today in a news release.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a tip in March regarding the upload of a sexual image that contained children. An OCSO investigation of the information ultimately led to Andersen’s home.
During the search, computer storage devices were located and seized. On those devices, investigators from the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit found extensive images and videos of child pornography with ages as young as 5 years old, S.O. officials said.
Andersen is currently in the County Jail with no bond.
