New City Councilor ‘will serve with integrity and transparency’
At a special meeting on Tuesday, Air Force veteran and Crestview Planning and Development Board member Sylvester Echols was appointed by the Crestview City Council to serve the remainder of the unexpired term of former Precinct 2 Councilor Ryan Bullard.
