Sharpshooter represents local 4H club at national competition
Rayne Mendez looks like a typical high school student.
The 17-year-old Mendez is a junior at Niceville High School. She runs cross country and track for the Eagles. She runs the 1600 meters, the 3200 meters and the 5 K for the track team.
