Sharon Mitchell is a Laurel Hill lifer, literally.
A fourth grade English and Language Arts teacher at the school, Mitchell received her first taste of life as a Hobo way back in 1978 as a kindergarten student.
Laurel Hill School Teacher of the Year gives individual attention to Annamarie Long and Benjamin Demara during a recent class. Mitchell has been a part of Laurel Hill School most of her life first as a student and now a teacher.
