Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Randall Joiner was right at home in the outdoor education class at Crestview High School.
Randall Joiner, a sergeant with the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Department, spoke to the Crestview High School Outdoors Education class about the benefits gained in all aspects of life from being involved in such outdoors activities as fishing and hunting.
