Officials say Holt site remains noncompliant with county rules

Hoping to resolve a long-standing conflict, Okaloosa County officials plan to pursue any necessary legal action against the owner(s) of property at 5125 Bone Creek Road in Holt and/or the owner(s) of the Flush Factory, a septage management facility on the property.
