North county residents share concerns about growing pains

To help mitigate growth, Okaloosa County officials should “put the onus on developers” and charge them an infrastructure impact fee of $25,000 for every acre of development, Crestview-area resident Ken Hose told District 3 County Commissioner Nathan Boyles Tuesday night in Baker.
