The City of Crestview was unsuccessful in its second attempt at finding a contractor to complete the planned multi-phase renovations to Main Street.
The city has been seeking a contractor to complete the large-scale renovations since late last year. The city initially went out for bids on the project in September, but no company submitted a bid proposal within the 30-day deadline.
