In the last few years, a new and potent killer has been taking the lives of many of our Americans and that killer is opioids. Last year, it took the lives of over 100,000 of our children, parents, uncles, aunts, cousins, students, etc. In the state of Florida alone, opioid overdose is the number one killer of our citizens between the ages of 18-23.
