Marcus Patterson, a 2022 graduate of Crestview High School, has settled into the life of being a college football player.

Patterson is preparing for his third season at Western Kentucky University and is battling for a starting spot at defensive end for the Hilltoppers.

Former Crestview defensive end Marcus Patterson is preparing for his redshirt sophomore year at Western Kentucky in a battle for a starting position on the Hilltopper defense.
