NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 7, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2020 CA 000300 C, of the Circuit Court of the 1st Judicial Circuit in and for OKALOOSA County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SHANNA L. IVORY A/K/A SHANNA L. MCGRATH, A/K/A SHANNA LYNNE MCGRATH, DECEASED; KATHLEEN REINHART; SANDY RIDGE COTTAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. LOT 32, THE COTTAGES AT SANDY RIDGE, A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
