NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2021 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-004225 of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida in which City of Valparaiso, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and The Estate of Dean Lamar Turner, et. Al., are defendants. I, JD Peacock, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
LOT 4, BLOCK 29, PLAT 15, CITY OF VALPARAISO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The sale will be held pursuant to a public auction via the internet at https://www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM CST on the 28th day of February 2022, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
