Notice is hereby provided that the Florida Department of Environmental Protection determined that the activity described below qualifies for an Environmental Resource Permit for the project submitted by Paul A. McLeod, P.E. of Southern Site & Utility Design, Inc., 6555 Caroline Street, Milton, FL 32570 (Applicant) for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, 620 North Meridian Street. Tallahassee, FL 32301 under Permit No. 0385443-001-EI/46, Okaloosa County. The proposed project is Yellow River Bank Stabilization construction on Eglin Air Force Base, Florida 32542 in Okaloosa County, Florida, at two locations: Little Gin Hole at Latitude 30?40メ48.92モ North / Longitude 86?39メ6.45ヤ West, Parcel Number 16-2N-24-0000-0001-0000, in Section 16, Township 2 North, Range 24 West; and Metts Bluff, at Latitude 30?40メ11.63モ North / Longitude 86?42メ35.87ヤ West, Parcel Number 14-2N-25-0000-0002-0000, in Section 14, Township 2 North, Range 25 West.
The Department's proposed agency action shall become final unless a timely petition for an administrative hearing is filed. A request or petition for administrative hearing must comply with the requirements set forth in Chapter 28-106, F.A.C.A. A petition for administrative hearing is deemed filed upon receipt of the complete petition by the Departmentメs Agency Clerk in the Office of General Counsel of the Department at 3900 Commonwealth Boulevard, Mail Station 35, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3000 during normal business hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. Filings with the Department Agency Clerk may be sent by mail or by hand-delivery to the address above, or by electronic correspondence addressed to Agency_Clerk@dep.state.fl.us. A copy of the petition must be mailed to the Applicant at the address indicated above at the time of filing.
