VACATION OF SUBDIVISION PLAT
PURSUANT TO CH. 177.101, FLORIDA STATUTES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Taylor Farms Development, LLC intends to apply to the City of Crestview, Community Development Services, for the partial vacation of the plat of Taylor Farms Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 26, pages 94-95, inclusive, of the public records of Okaloosa county, Florida as said plat relates to the following described property:
