NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of July 2022, and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 001191, of the Circuit Court of the 1ST Judicial Circuit in and for OKALOOSA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-S1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and CAYLA MORGAN; CLERK OF COURT OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA; SOIGNE TOWNHOMES OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; and STATE OF FLORIDA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
