The administration of the estate of Michael Lee Faircloth, deceased, whose date of death was March 28, 2022, Case Number 2022CP-1274, is pending in the Circuit Court for Okaloosa County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 101 E. James Lee Blvd., Crestview, Florida, 32536. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representativeﾒs attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedentﾒs estate on whom a copy of this notice has been served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE TIME OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedentﾒs estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on December 12, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. to solicit public comment on the Crestview Housing Authorityﾒs FY2022 Capital Fund Annual Statement, FY2022-FY2026 Capital Fund Five Year Plan, and the FY2023 Annual Agency Plan as required by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The associated documents and plans will be available for review over the next 45 days at the Authorityﾒs central office located at 371 West Hickory Avenue, Crestview, Florida 32536-3305. The public hearing will be held at the same location and comments will be received, either in person or in writing, up and through the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Florida Statute, the City Code, Land Use Regulations and Operating Policies, the City of Crestview proposes to adopt the following Ordinances set forth by title.
A public meeting will be held before the Planning and Development Board on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible to consider and make recommendations to the City Council regarding the requests. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments from the public and make decisions regarding the above matters.
Public hearings for the first readings of the Ordinances will be held before the Crestview City Council on Monday, November 14, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The second and final readings will be held before the Crestview City Council on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible to consider enactment of the Ordinances.

No stenographic record by a certified court reporter is made of these meetings. Accordingly, any person who may seek to appeal a decision involving the matters noticed herein will be responsible for making a verbatim record of the testimony and evidence at these meetings upon which any appeal is to be based. (See F.S.S. 286-0105).
