NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 15, 2022, Presbyterian Healthcare Services, a New Mexico non-profit corporation (ﾓPlaintiffﾔ), filed a Complaint for Breach of Contract and Unjust Enrichment against you, Defendant Lindsey Spellman, in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to recover money due for breach of contract.
FURTHER, the above named-defendant Lindsey Spellman, is hereby noticed that you have until thirty (30) days from the date of completion of the publication of this Notice in which to file an answer or other pleadings responsive to the complaint. Should you, Defendant Lindsey Spellman, choose not to file an answer or other responsive pleading within the thirty (30) days specified herein, judgment or other appropriate relief may be rendered against you.
