NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 8, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2021-CA-003426 of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Crestview, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. BRETTELLE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, J. D. PEACOCK II, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of May, 2023 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, Shoal Creek Manor First Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 42, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida.
