NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of April 2023, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 000146, of the Circuit Court of the 1ST Judicial Circuit in and for OKALOOSA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JAMES HABERLIN, JR. FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. JD PEACOCK II as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.okaloosa.realforeclose.com at, 11:00 AM on the 12th day of June 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK B, LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 141, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
