Whenever a team from Crestview High School is trying to climb the mountain of success it seems as if Niceville is almost always standing in the way. This is especially true in softball where coach Danny Hensley has made the Lady Eagles the model of consistency for more than 20 years.
The Lady Bulldogs traveled to Niceville to take on the Lady Eagles in the stadium baring Hensley’s name on Thursday in hopes of getting the elusive win. But in what has become a continuing story it was the Lady Eagles coming out on top 10-3.
