‘Keep Crestview Beautiful’ underway for City of Crestview

City of Crestview’s 6th annual Spring Clean-up, “Keep Crestview Beautiful,” is underway until Sunday, April 26, 2026. Free manned dumpsters are being provided around the city for residents to use.

“I encourage our residents to take advantage of this free service and help us Keep Crestview Beautiful,” said Crestview Mayor JB Whitten. “This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, clean up our neighborhoods, and take pride in the city we call home.”

Dumpster locations are at Old Spanish Trail Park on Stillwell Blvd, Allen Park at 895 McClelland St, and Wild Horse Dr between 114 and 122 Wild Horse Dr.

Please note that tires are only accepted at the Old Spanish Trail dumpster location where there will be a specific drop-off area for tires.

Dumpsters will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. You can bring the following items: mattresses, electronics, small household items, appliances, and tires (Old Spanish Trail location only). However, we cannot accept household trash, hazardous materials like paint or chemicals, car batteries, construction debris, or yard waste.

For disposal of hazardous waste like paint or chemicals, visit the Okaloosa County’s drop-off site at 1759 S Ferdon Blvd in Crestview. Hazardous waste can be dropped off Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. More information is available at myokaloosa.com/pw/environmental/hazardous-waste.
